Nobody has to wave anyone down just to order.
A guest scans the code at their table, browses the live menu, and orders straight from their own phone. No app, no waiting for someone to swing by.

What actually changes at the table
One scan, no app
A guest points their camera at the table code. The menu opens right in the browser, nothing to install.
The menu updates the second something's gone
Mark an item sold out and it disappears from every guest's screen immediately, not just the next print run.
Modifiers and notes, straight from the guest
Spice level, extra cheese, no onions. They say it themselves, no relay through a waiter who might mishear.
Their own phone, not a shared tablet
Every guest orders at their own pace, on the device already in their hand.
Pay whenever they're ready
At the table, at the counter, or after the meal. Ordering doesn't force a payment moment.
Signed in once, remembered every time
A regular's usual order is right there. No small talk required to place it.
“I used to watch guests just wait, standing by the counter with their arm half up, hoping someone would notice. That's the exact wait we built this to remove.”
Do guests need to download anything?
No. The menu opens in their phone's browser the moment they scan. Nothing to install, nothing to delete afterward.
What if a guest doesn't have a smartphone?
They can still order at the counter, or a waiter can place it for them. QR ordering is an option on the table, not a requirement to eat there.
Can we turn ordering off for certain tables, like a bar counter?
Yes. Ordering can be scoped per table or switched off entirely for walk-up-only areas.
